About Dall·E

"DALL·E 2, created by OpenAI, is an AI system that can generate realistic images and artwork based on natural language descriptions. With 4x higher resolution compared to its predecessor DALL·E 1, DALL·E 2 includes safety features to prevent misuse. Using a process called “diffusion,” the system transforms random dots into images by recognizing specific image components.This AI can produce original images and artwork from text descriptions, merge concepts, attributes, and styles, and make realistic edits to existing images based on natural language prompts. Additionally, it can take an image and create multiple variations inspired by the original. Trained on a limited dataset, DALL·E 2 avoids generating violent, hateful, or adult content.To prevent misuse, automated and human monitoring systems are in place. DALL·E 2 has been rolled out in phases, incorporating feedback from real-world usage, and is now accessible in beta.
